Equity funds weaken; ETFs still growing Across the board, equity funds are experiencing net investor outflows, according to Emerging Portfolio Fund Research of Boston. Some 80,000 donor-advised funds were set up last year, according to Bruce Makous, a major gifts and planned giving officer at the American Association for Cancer Research in Philadelphia.
